The course prices specified below are valid in any ACUC / MARLIN Dive Center in Cuba. You can take the course in any of the following centers (see map at the end of this page)

ACUC / MARLIN Dive Centers in Cuba are those whose Dive Center name appears in red in our Cuba Dive Center page and are located basically all over Cuba (see map at the end of this page)

If you complete the course, you will obtain an internationally recognised ACUC certification. ACUC is a member of the RSTC (see www.wrstc.com)

All courses include: all the instruction, all the equipment, a student kit and the certification and all open water checkout dives. No other "hidden" costs (insurance if required, not included) The approximate prices are:

  • Introduction to Diving (non-certification course): Price when bought in Cuba: Euro 60

  • Advanced Diver (must already be an Open Water Diver): Price when bought in Cuba: Euro 250

The OWD course lenght is between 18 and 25 hours, depending on the number of students in each course. Normally, 3 or 4 hours is used each day for the course.

Course schedule and start dates must be arranged with the Dive Center, upon your arrival to Cuba. Usually courses can start the same day or the next. Please remember that, if you are flying, for safety reasons, you will have to allow a period of 24 hours from the time you do your last dive until you fly
